「Let it Be」は無限のレイアウトが可能なモジュール式家具システムです。モジュール式ソファーは棚や収納ケースを組み合わせて機能性を更に多彩にすることが出来ます。構造体と羽毛の柔らかなクッションはなめし皮のバンド上にぶら下がっているように見えます。コーナーから後退した思いがけない場所に配置された脚によって、座面が空間に浮いているような感覚を与えます。精巧なディテールがピュアなデザインの中に溶け込んでいます。レザーとなめし革にあしらわれたステッチが馬具や装飾品の贅沢な細工を彷彿させます。

構造体とクッションのカバー材はPelle Frau®で、ファブリックも使われています。あるいはPelle Frau®またはファブリックと組み合わせたなめし革バージョンもあります。棚と肘掛または背面のトップはなめし革でコーティングされています。ブラック塗装スチールのジョイント要素が付いたアルミニウムダイカストのフレーム。発泡ポリウレタン及びポリウレタン繊維綿のパッディングが挿入された背面とアームレストの構造体にはポプラ材とカバの積層板を使用しています。座面のスプリング材は伸縮性バンドのメッシュで作られています。座面クッションのパッド材はダウンフェザーとポリエステルパッドです。鋳造アルミニウムの脚には2種類の高さがあり、ルテニウム仕上げ、またはバーニッシュドグラナイト仕上げになっています。

コンセプトとデザイン

ビートルズの名曲から着想を得たソファー「Let it Be」は、既にその名前からあらゆる形式や因習から解放されたリラックスと心地よさという哲学を表現しています。ルドヴィカ＆ロベルト・パロンバのプロジェクトは、ちょっと横になったり、食事をしたり、談笑したり、のんびり過ごす場所だった古代ローマの食堂にまで遡る非常に古い観念を取り入れ、再現しています。まさにこの用途の自由こそが、設備の整った家庭の避難場所、自身のリズムに合わせて生活出来る多目的空間として考案されたこのソファーの基本原理なのです。
